Please be aware that warranty details vary according to our agreements with the manufacturers. Warranty Extensions Available.
 

1. Free Returns within 24 hours. Delivery & Installation Fees are non-refundable. 


2. Within 7 Days (30 Days for LG), we will fix any mechanical/function issues within 24 hours, or we'll trade in for the same or similar model.


3. After 7 Days (30 Days for LG), the warranty details are as follows:

Every LG appliance is backed by a free 1-year warranty. This warranty covers all mechanical or functional issues. We will come and fix any mechanical issue for free for the first 30 days. If we are not able to fix it for whatever reason, and it’s within the first 30 days of the purchase, we will exchange it for the same or similar model. You don't have to pay anything for this service.

Within the 30 days of purchase, customers must register their warranty with CPS (Consumer Priority Service) online (Register Here) or call 800-905-0443. Instructions are found in the pamphlet and warranty sticker. Please get in touch with the store if you need help with anything.

After 30 days, please contact CPS for service. Each service request is subject to a $99 deductible (this deductible will be returned to you by Appliances 4 Less after the repair service). Service will include parts and labor. Warranty exceptions are found in the pamphlet. Please read it carefully to understand the benefits. Our store is not responsible for issues stated in warranty exceptions.

If the appliance cannot be repaired by CPS during your warranty period, they will provide you with a check equaling the current value of the appliance as evaluated by their representative specialist. If you choose not to use this check, our store offers an additional option to ensure customer satisfaction. Instead of cashing it, you may choose to bring the CPS check to the Appliances 4 Less Wilmington store to receive store credit equal to initial purchasing amount regardless of the CPS check's value that can be used on any single purchase.

DISCLOSURE

1. Each appliance is sold as SCRATCH & DENT and with NO MANUFACTURER WARRANTY.

2. Each appliance’s original serial number has been removed by its original manufacturer’s duly appointed direct representative under specific authorization from the original manufacturer.

​

3. Each appliance bears a unique serial number produced by its original manufacturer’s duly appointed direct representative.

appliance is backed by a free 1-year Manufacturer Warranty. The warranty covers all mechanical or functional issues. We will come and fix any mechanical issue for free for the first 7 days. If we are not able to fix it for whatever reason, and it’s within the first 7 days of the purchase, we will exchange it for the same or a similar model. You don't have to pay anything for this service.

After 7 days, GE Consumer Service Centers will come fix any mechanical issue. To schedule service, visit geappliances.com, or call 800. GE.CARES (800.432.2737). This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and any succeeding owner for products purchased for home use within the USA. If the products are located in an area where service by a GE Appliance Authorized Servicer is not available, you may be responsible for a travel charge, or you may be required to bring the product to an Authorized GE Appliance Service location for service.

Some appliances come with more than one year of manufacturer warranty, please ask the store for details.

Please refer to "What is Not Covered" section on your GE warranty instruction. Our store is not responsible for issues stated in warranty exceptions.

 

DISCLOSURE

1. Scratch and dent appliances are sold as open box products. When referred to as "new", this describes that the appliances have not been used (except for a test to make sure they function correctly). These appliances are not being sold "new-in-box".

2. Each appliance is in AS-IS condition when sold and can be used as expected by the customer.

Manufacturer Warranty Products:

 

The Manufacturer warrants against defects in materials or workmanship with your new Product(s) under normal and proper use. If your Product fails during the Product’s warranty period, the Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the Product.

 

This warranty only applies when such Product is purchased lawfully, installed and used in the United States including U.S. Territories. The warranty period starts from the original date of delivery or purchase.

Every Danby appliance is backed by a free one-year Manufacturer Warranty. The warranty covers all mechanical or functional issues.
